They are provided for general convenience only and are not professional advice, emergency guidance, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, safety advice, navigation service, or a guarantee that any business, event, offer, trail, road, river, weather condition, or other local detail is accurate or available. You are responsible for the messages and materials you submit, and you agree not to use chat for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, spammy, automated, or security-testing purposes.

Newsletter subscriptions may be managed through an email service provider or through Boise Today’s own subscriber records, depending on the site configuration.

Deals, Coupons, and Business Offers

Boise Today Deals service is a platform for helping local businesses share offers and for helping users discover, save, and redeem those offers. Makeable Brand LLC and Boise Todayare not the seller, merchant, issuer, guarantor, agent, broker, payment processor, or fulfillment provider for any coupon, promotion, discount, product, service, reservation, event, appointment, or transaction offered by a participating business.

Participating businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, fulfillment, honoring, redemption, expiration, customer support, tax treatment, regulatory compliance, advertising compliance, and all other obligations related to their listings, coupons, offers, goods, and services. Businesses must have the right to publish all submitted content and must not submit misleading, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized offers.

Users are responsible for reviewing offer terms, expiration dates, redemption instructions, purchase requirements, exclusions, and business policies before relying on or attempting to redeem an offer. Offers may be limited, changed, paused, expired, revoked, or refused by the participating business. Boise Today does not guarantee that any business will honor an offer, that an offer will remain available, or that a saved wallet item has monetary value.

Any purchase, redemption, appointment, visit, dispute, refund, chargeback, support issue, injury, loss, dissatisfaction, or other interaction between a user and a business is solely between that user and that business. Boise Today may remove, reject, edit, expire, suspend, or moderate deals and business listings at our discretion, but we do not assume responsibility for business performance or customer outcomes.

Accounts and Submitted Content

You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for keeping your contact information current. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the site, submit false information, scrape or copy the service in a way that burdens the site, or use Boise Today for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

By submitting business information, offer content, images, logos, descriptions, terms, or other materials, you grant Makeable Brand LLC permission to host, store, copy, display, resize, format, distribute, promote, and otherwise use those materials in connection withBoise Today and related marketing of the site and its services. You represent that you have all rights needed to provide those materials.

Moderation, Removal, and Service Access

Makeable Brand LLC and Boise Today reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to review, reject, edit, remove, hide, expire, suspend, disable, delete, or otherwise restrict any account, listing, deal, coupon, image, text, lead data, wallet item, chat message, submitted content, or other material submitted to or generated through the service, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

Reasons for removal or restriction may include, but are not limited to, adult or inappropriate content, illegal activity, misleading or deceptive claims, false business information, unsafe products or services, discriminatory content, harassment, spam, malware, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, unauthorized use of a business name or brand, regulated goods or services presented without proper compliance, content that may harm users or Boise Today, or any content or conduct we believe may violate these terms, applicable law, platform policies, or the spirit of the service.

Businesses and users are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including laws applicable in Idaho when the business, user, offer, transaction, redemption, or activity is connected to Idaho. We may cooperate with lawful requests, investigations, or enforcement actions as required or permitted by law, and we may preserve, remove, or disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, Makeable Brand LLC, Boise Today, or the public.

Intellectual Property

Site text, design, branding, and original materials are owned by Makeable Brand LLC or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. Public records, public datasets, embeds, third-party links, and third-party materials remain subject to their own terms and ownership.

Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to outside websites and use third-party services for maps, weather, email, data, hosting, chat, automated responses, and other features. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, content, policies, or availability.

No Warranty

The site and all related services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Makeable Brand LLC, Boise Today, and their owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from business listings, coupons, customer disputes, failed redemptions, changed or expired offers, third-party services, user conduct, business conduct, chat responses, automated outputs, content errors, data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on site information.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total liability of Makeable Brand LLC andBoise Today for any claim related to the site or services will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to Makeable Brand LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Makeable Brand LLC, Boise Today, and their owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the site, your submitted content, your business listing or offer, your products or services, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your interaction with another user or business through the service.
